工商管理本科应用型人才培养的改革与发展策略——以浙江树人大学为例 被引量:18

A Strategic Approach for Practical Talents' Training in Regular Speciality of Business Administration:A Case Study of Zhejiang Shuren University

摘要 随着全国高校工商管理专业办学规模的不断扩大和就业形势的日益严峻,对其进行教学改革与创新势在必行。笔者通过参考本校近三届400多名专科毕业生就业的抽样调研信息和近百家企业的用人信息反馈,从企业需求出发,结合多年从事工商管理专业的教学经验,提出了以高级应用型人才培养为导向的工商管理专业教育定位以及改革发展策略。 In recent years, universities throughout the country have constantly increased their scales in education of Business Administration (BA). However, employment opportunities for BA graduates have not been optimistic. To cope with the challenge facing the BA, education reform and renovation in this field are inevitable. Recently, we conducted a survey through sampling employment information from nearly 400 graduates and feedback from almost 100 employers. Based on the survey and combined with many years teaching experience, we propose a strategic approach for BA education aiming to produce high quality graduates as well as a roadmap for reform and renovation in this field.
