胰腺实性假乳头状瘤二例诊治经验
摘要
胰腺实性假乳头状瘤是一种罕见的多发于年轻女性的胰腺交界性肿瘤，文献报道少，临床认识不足。我院近期收治两例该种病例，均获治愈，现报告如下。
1．一般资料：2005年10月和2006年2月分别收治该两例病人，均为女性，年龄分别为11岁和34岁。一例表现为上腹痛，一例无特殊症状，自检发现。既往史均无特殊。
