摘要 目的:研究不同缓冲液对离体毛囊活性的影响,尝试为毛囊的体外保存提供新的方法。方法:将毛囊放置于林格氏液组(A组),林格氏液加肝素组(B组),林格氏液加转铁蛋白组(C组),Wil-liamsE液组(D组),Williams E液加肝素组(E组),Williams E液加转铁蛋白组(F组)各缓冲液5h后,再于孵箱中培养5d,测量毛囊生长长度(hair shaft elongation,HSE)以及毛囊中凋亡细胞。结果:D组HSE明显大于A组(P=0.01)。而A、B、C组之间无显著差异,D、E、F组之间也无显著差异。A组毛囊的毛母质、外毛根鞘中凋亡细胞明显增多,D组中仅可见散在凋亡细胞。结论:WilliamsE液作为毛囊存放的缓冲液,有利于保持毛囊的活性。 Objective: To investigate the effect of different buffers on the hair follicle viability. Methods: The follicles were stored in six different buffers for 5 hours: Ringer's solution group (group A), Ringer's solution mixed with heparin group (group B), Ringer's solution mixed with transferrin (group C), Williams E solution group (group D), Williams E medium mixed with heparin group (group E) and Williams E medium mixed with transferrin group (group F). The hair follicles were further cultured in Williams E medium for5 days and the hair shaft elongation (HSE) and apoptosis cell of follicles was measured. Results: Compared with A group, HSE was significantly longer in D group (P =0.01). There were no differences in HSE between A, B and C groups, and between D, E and F groups. Compared with D group, the apoptosis cells in hair matrix and outer root sheath in group A was significantly increased. Conclusion: Williams' s E medium is the best for the survival and growth of follicle.
