系统性红斑狼疮和银屑病患者外周血细胞黏附功能与红细胞表面及血小板CD35的活性研究 被引量:2

摘要 为研究银屑病和系统性红斑狼疮血细胞的天然免疫功能状况,比较这两种疾病红细胞表面CD35及血小板CD35定量活性变化,探讨两种疾病的发病机制,我们采用分离新鲜红细胞、淋巴细胞、粒细胞三系,分别测定其对肿瘤细胞的快速天然免疫黏附反应。应用流式细胞仪测定红细胞表面及血小板CD35的表达水平。银屑病患者红细胞、淋巴细胞以及粒细胞对肿瘤细胞黏附率均明显高于正常对照组(P<0.001)。SLE患者血细胞对肿瘤细胞黏附率又明显低于正常对照组(P<0.001);银屑病患者的血细胞对肿瘤细胞黏附率,进展期最高,静止期其次,消退期再次。银屑病患者红细胞及血小板CD35的表达明显高于正常对照组和SLE组(P<0.001);而SLE红细胞及血小板CD35明显低于正常对照组(P<0.001);银屑病红细胞CD35分子与红细胞黏附率呈显著正相关(γ=0.806,P<0.05)。SLE和银屑病患者红细胞天然免疫功能存在紊乱。并可能与病情的活动性有关。
