分布式科技战略情报研究与服务之工作模式研究

Study on Working Mode of Distributed Scientific and Strategic Intelligence Analysis and Service

本文简单回顾了我国科技战略情报研究的工作模式，总结了工作模式演变的四个阶段，分别是个体式工作模式、专业组工作模式、课题组工作模式和社会网络工作模式。伴随战略情报研究需求的增加和数字化网络化技术的发展，情报研究的工作模式也发生着重要变革。本文重点探讨了分布式科技战略情报研究工作模式的构建，包括分布式战略情报研究工作模式提出的背景、工作模式的主要架构、主要特征和支撑机制，提出了分布式战略情报研究工作模式将是未来情报研究工作组织的主要模式。

Firstly, this paper has a brief overview of scientific and technical （S＆T） intelligence research working modes in China, and summarizes four different phases of research working modes, that is, individual mode, disciplinary group mode, transdisciplinary group mode and social network mode respectively, As the needs of strategic intelligence and the development of digital and networking technology, the working mode of strategic intelligence analysis and service has been changed greatly. Then the paper concentrates on the construction of distributed S＆T intelligence research working mode, discusses the background, architecture, characteristics and supportive mechanisms of the research working mode, finally predicts that distributed S＆T intelligence research working mode will be one of the future intelligence research working modes.
