境内外汇划转的现状及对策研究

Domestic FX transfer:Status quo and solutions

随着我国宏观经济形势的变化和外汇管理体制改革的深化,境内外汇划转的管理现状已经无法适应经济发展的需要。文章从境内外汇划转的成因和管理现状入手,分析了境内外汇划转需求的变化和管理政策中的滞后因素,并提出完善管理的基本思路和对策建议。

With changes in China＇s macro economy and advanced reforms of the FX administration system, the current management of domestic FX transfers fails to meet the demands of economic development. Starting from the rationale and status quo of the domestic FX transfer, this paper analyzes the changes in the demand for domestic FX transfers as well as the lagging factors in the administration policies. The author also puts forward fundamental ideas and policy recommendations for improving the administration.
