采用电动机带动螺杆实现自动脱出塑件内螺纹的注射模具结构,经产品的批量生产验证,其脱模过程安全可靠,生产效率高,产品质量完全符合要求。
The structure of the plastic injection mould for the plug cover were introduced. In this mould electric motor revolved spiral pole to motorize thread unwinding from the plug, The mould is in dependable operation, the efficiency is high and product is satisfactory.
