摘要
主要介绍了贵州某水电站肘管金属平盖闷头的设计。该水电站共4台机组,其中4号机组为首台发电机组, 3号、4号机组下游尾水共布置了两扇检修门,为了防止该水电站在洪水来临和首台机组发电时尾水从1号、2号尾水管倒灌入主厂房,需要在1号机组和2号机组尾水肘管上各安装1个圆形金属平盖闷头。根据平盖闷头的安装高程和尾水可能达到的水位,展开平盖闷头的设计和计算,以确保闷头的强度和刚度能够保障主厂房的安全。
The paper introduces design of the circular slab blind for draft-tube elbow of a hydropower station. There are four generating units in the station. No. 4 unit is the first one. Two service gates are installed for downstream water of No. 3 and No. 4 units. To prevent the floodwater and the tail-water of No. 1 and No. 2 units down-drafting into the powerhouse, a blind need to be installed for each of the draft-tube elbows. The circular slab blind is designed and calculated according to the installing elevation and the tail-water level. The strength and stiffness of the slab blind are enough to ensure the main powerhouse safety.
