英国学前融合教育“部门间合作模式”及启示 被引量:24

Interagency Working Model for Preschool Inclusive Education in the U.K.and Its Implications

摘要 在全纳教育思想的影响下,英国政府重视学前融合教育,建立和健全部门间合作的人员参与模式,取得了较大的成就,但面临着经费、人员参与、部门间竞争等方面的挑战,需要政府加强立法,确保经费落实,增加部门间专业人员的交流合作与培训。这为我国学前融合教育的推行提供了如下的启示:建立学前融合教育人员参与的网络体系,扩大协调人员队伍,加强人员培训,增强部门间合作。 Under the influence of inclusive education, the U.K. government attaches great importance to preschool inclusive education and has made great achievements in establishing and developing its participation model of interagency working. However,it still faces great challenges, such as a lack of funds,participation and little cooperation among departments, which requires that the government should ensure strengthened legislation, appropriate apportion of funds and frequent communication and training of professionals in different departments. The current situation has given us some implications in the process of implementing preschool inclusion including establishing a network system of participation of different professionals, enrolling more coordinators, providing more academic training and more opportunities to cooperate among different departments.
