国外学生评价教师有效性教学的研究综述 被引量:12

A Review on Students' Rating of Teachers' Effective Teaching Abroad

摘要 有效性教学的学生评价被世界各国普遍采用,这种方法主要关注教学过程的特征。大部分研究证明有效性教学是一个多维结构,由学生来评价有效性教学具有较高的信度和效度,对教师的教学活动能产生中等水平的促进作用。 Students' rating of effective teaching is widely used throughout the world. This method mainly focuses on the characteristics of teaching process. A majority of research suggests that effective teaching is multi - dimensional and asking students to evaluate effective teaching produces higher reliability and validity, and therefore has a moderate positive effect on teaching.
