摘要
阿尔及利亚某体育场结构体系由碗状混凝土看台与钢结构屋盖组成。钢屋盖由72榀空间曲线立体桁架构成,在体育场外立面交叉布置形成变截面人字形的曲线格构柱;每榀桁架分为3个拼装单元,单元间采用法兰连接;桁架肩部设置巨型三脚支撑将屋盖支承在混凝土看台上。基于结构设计方案,本文提出了设置临时支撑、分块拼装、分区吊装、分级循环落架的施工方案,采用等效弹性杆端位移法对落架过程进行了有限元模拟分析,对几种不同的落架方案进行了比较。
A stadium in Algeria is comprised of bowl-shaped concrete stand and steel roof structure. The steel roof structure consists of 72 spatial curved trusses, which form variable cross-sectional herringbone lattice columns in outer elevation. Each truss is divided into 3 segments connected by flange, and is sustained on the concrete stand by huge steel tripod supports located at the shoulder of the truss. Based on structural design of the stadium, the construction plan of setting up temporary supports, assembling by segments, hoisting by regions and unloading supports by grade is proposed. FEA is adopted to simulate the process of supports unloading, and different unloading plans are compared.
