钢筋的混凝土保护层设计要求急待改善——混凝土结构设计规范的问题讨论之一 被引量:27

摘要 对我国现行混凝土结构设计规范中混凝土保护层厚度的设计要求进行了讨论,认为规范规定的保护层最小厚度,除了长期干燥或永久置于水中的混凝土构件外,并不能满足设计使用年限内防止钢筋严重锈蚀的耐久性要求。规范规定的保护层最小厚度中还应该包含保护层厚度施工允许负偏差的影响。对于恶劣环境作用下的构件或采用大掺量矿料的混凝土构件,在设计中尚需提出专门的养护要求,以保证构件表层的保护层混凝土质量。 A commentary on concrete cover to reinforcement is presented, and it is believed that the minimum cover depth specified in current Chinese codes is far from satisfactory to protect the reinforcement against serious corrosion during its service life. The construction tolerances should be a part of the specified cover depth. A specification for adequate moist curing of concrete in construction is also necessary for durable concrete cover with a high volume of mineral additions.
