摘要
分析介绍了外资在华经营加油站的营销方式和国外经营加油站的先进经验,预测了我国加油站的发展趋势,提出了应对外国石油公司竞争的措施:要推进便利店建设,增加非油品销售业务,培育新的利润增长点;采取联合促销策略;加强企业文化建设,推进企业持续稳定发展;建立客户关系管理系统。
Through analysis on marketing strategy and business experience of overseas-funded gas stations,trends of domestic gas stations are explored.Following measures are presented: promoting building of convenience stores, increasing non-oils business,taking bundled promotion,strengthening building of enterprise culture and establishing client relationship management system.
