牙周病伴牙列缺损的固定义齿修复远期疗效观察

5-years follow up of fixed restoration in patients with periodontitis and tooth loss

目的:对牙周病伴牙列缺损固定义齿修复后病例的远期疗效进行随访,探讨与远期疗效相关的临床因素。方法:1997～2004年间325例牙周病伴牙列缺损病例,采用金属烤瓷冠桥或金属铸造冠桥修复,修复后进行1年、2年和5年随访,以固定义齿咀嚼效能和基牙健康状况对其远期疗效进行评估。结果:修复1年后义齿功能良好率为97%,基牙健康率为94%;2年后分别为95%和92%;5年后为92%和90%。结论:牙周病伴牙列缺损的固定义齿修复远期效果满意,但需要注意适应征的选择和定期观察。

Objective： To observe the clinical effects of the fixed restoration in patients with tooth loss and periodontitis and evaluate the related risk factors.Method： 325 cases using fixed bridge of PFM or Ni-Cr casting ahoy with periodontitis were followed up for 5 years. Function of fixed-bridge and health of abutment teeth was evaluated for the clinical effect. Result： in one year, after 2 years, 95% fixed dentures performed its function well and 92% abuntment kept healthy,5 years later,92% and 90% respectively. Conclusion：Fixed restoration can be used for patients with dental defection and periodontitis, however, application should be chosen considerately and the long-time follow up is necessary to maintain the clinical effect.
