摘要
经过优选配方,利用晶界工程技术,采用自制的改性氧化铝粉末,实现了超高强Al2O3瓷的低温烧结。烧结体具有较高的硬度,并在晶界上形成钇铝化合物晶界相,强化了晶界,第二相有效地抑制了晶粒的生长。笔者讨论了配方中化学成份对相组织、烧结状态和力学性能的影响,以及它们之间的相互关系,该材料成功地用于陶瓷喷砂嘴的产品开发。
On the basis of fine choice prescription and taking the improved Al 2O 3 powder, the technology of grain bounding engineering is used to get extra high strength and hardness in Al 2O 3 ceramic sintered at low temperatures. There is a grain boundary phase of Y Al chemical compound in the sintering body, which reinforces the grain boundary and restrains the growing of grain. This paper also discusses the influence of prescription upon other factors. This material can be successfully applied to ceramic nozzle production.
