This paper achieves a scalable and opened data mining system for purchase management which can be integrated with ERP system.With the method of tight coupling and the constraint-based data mining techniques DMSPM provides a toolkit separating model and tools and.Futhermore,it is good interactive that the requirement of decision is input and the result of decision is exported by the interface between people and computer and the module of knowledge reasoning.
