腹内高压对严重烫伤大鼠血清炎性因子的影响 被引量：1

摘要 严重烫伤后或腹内压增高初期机体内炎性因子即显著增多，以激发自身的免疫反应。当炎性因子释放失控时又会造成自身组织被广泛破坏并最终导致多器官功能衰竭。严重烫伤合并腹内高压（IAH）时，关于机体内炎性因子浓度的变化国内外报道较少。本研究以烫伤大鼠为模型，观察合并IAH大鼠血清炎性因子的浓度变化，初步探讨IAH对烫伤后机体炎性反应的影响。
