摘要
目的:探讨非小细胞肺癌组织中Survivin蛋白的表达及其与临床病理特征的关系。方法:采用免疫组织化学SP法检测30例肺癌及相应的癌旁组织中Survivin蛋白的表达。结果:在肺癌和相应的癌旁组织中Survivin蛋白在癌旁组织中未见阳性表达,在肺癌组织中表达的阳性率为76.7%(23/30),其阳性率高低与性别、年龄、吸烟与否、肿瘤大小、组织类型、组织学分级、淋巴结转移、TNM分期均无关。结论:Survivin基因的异常表达可能对肺癌的发生和发展起重要作用,它们可能为肺癌的早期诊断和基因治疗提供新的靶点。
Objective：To invegtigate the expression of survivin in nonsmall cell lung cancer and its relationship to clinicopathological features. Methods： The expression of survivin was detected by immunohistochemical SP technique in cancerous tissue and paraneoplastic tissue in 30 cases of lung cancer. Results： The positive rate of expression of survivin was 76.7 % in lung cancer, O in Paraneoplastic tissue. The positive expression of survivin in lung cancer was not related to sex, age, Smoking, size of tumor, typing and grading, lymphnode metastasis and TNM stages. Conclusion： The abnormal expressed survivin gene may play an important role in the genesis and development of lung cancer and offer new target to early digsnosis and gene therapy.
