摘要
以光合细菌为材料,进行了电镜超薄制片,染色后在透射电镜下观察获得了清晰的细胞超微结构图像。
Photosynthetic bacteria was fixed immediately with glutaraldehyde and paraformaldehyde solution, was fixed with osmium tetroxide again, and then was stained with uranyl acetate. The fine structure of photosynthetic bacteria was obtained perfectly through transmission electron microscope （TEM）.
