摘要
针对目前评价生产系统结构优化方案时缺乏定量方法和系统结构有序度研究中现有结构熵模型存在的问题,以信息的发送与反馈机制为基础,通过对结构熵相关概念的定义,利用条件熵原理以及古典概率原则,建立具有动态性和一般性的系统结构熵模型。实证研究中,以某加工车间的典型零件作为研究对象,分析工件在实施单元制造生产方式前后相同加工路线上所经历的不同生产结构,并应用所建结构熵和有序度模型,最终求解出两种不同状态下的有序度,结果较好地验证使用此定量分析方法来评价生产结构有序性的合理性,并扩展此类结构熵模型的应用范围。
To solve the problem that it's short of quantificational ways when the project of structural optimization about production system is evaluated and structural entropy model exists in present study of system order degree, the structural entropy model with dynamic and general character is developed based on the mechanism of the sending and feedback of information according to definition of the structural entropy and using the principle of the conditional entropy and the classical probability.In empirical study, the typical parts actualized fore-and-aft cellular manufacturing are analyzed about going through the different production structure on the same manufacturing process in some workshop and the order degree on the two different condition is finally solved by using the model of structural entropy and order degree. As a result, this quantificational way to evaluate the orderliness of production structure is validated well and extends application area of this structural entropy model.
