摘要
以2K-V型减速机为研究对象,综合考虑系统中各零件的加工误差、安装误差、间隙及齿轮啮合刚度、轴承刚度等因素对传动精度所产生的影响,建立该系统的动态传动精度非线性动力学计算模型,并用Newmark法对其进行求解。该方法为研究2K-V型传动装置的动态传动精度提供了相应的理论依据,同时也有助于其他类似齿轮传动系统的动态传动精度研究。
The dynamic transmission accuracy for the 2K-V- type drive is researched in comprehensive consideration of the nonlinear factors (such as manufacturing errors, assembly errors, clearances, meshing stiffness of gears and bearings, etc.). The nonlinear dynamic model is set up and is solved by using Newmark method. So it lays a good theoretical foundation for the research of the dynamic transmission accuracy of 2K-V-type drive and is also beneficial to the research of dynamic transmission accuracy of other similar gear drives.
