摘要 采用销盘式高温磨损试验机研究了Cr-Mo-V精铸热锻模具钢的高温耐磨性,并与H13钢进行了对比。采用TEM和SEM分别观察模具钢的显微组织和磨面形貌,分析了精铸热锻模具钢的成分、组织与耐磨性之间的关系。研究结果表明,Cr-Mo-V精铸热锻模具钢的显微组织为回火屈氏体,440℃回火碳化物为(Fe,Cr)3C,600℃回火碳化物主要为VC,还有少量Mo2C和(Cr,Fe)7C3。Cr-Mo-V精铸热锻模具钢的耐磨性明显高于国产H13钢,与进口H13钢相近,其合金化学成分设计合理,生产成本低、性价比高。 High temperature wear resistance of Cr-Mo-V cast hot-forging tool steel was examined on a pin-on-disk high temperature wear tester,which is compared with H13 tool steel.The microstructure and morphology of the cast steel were observed by TEM and SEM.Meanwhile,the effects of constituent and microstructure on the wear resistance of the cast steel were described.It is found that the microstructure of Cr-Mo-V cast hot-forging tool steel is composed of tempered troosite.Predominant carbide is(Fe,Cr)3C with tempered at 440 ℃ while it is VC and minor(Cr,Fe)7C3 and Mo2C with tempered at 600 ℃.The high temperature wear resistance of the Cr-Mo-V cast hot-forging tool steel is evidently superior to that of H13 tool steel produced at home,and is equivalent to that of ones produced at aboard,exhibiting low melting cost and high ratio of property to price as well as rational alloying composition design.
