摘要
研究了连续定向凝固Be-Ag-Cu合金棒材的铸态及冷加工后微观组织、力学性能和电学性能。定向凝固Be-Ag-Cu合金棒具有纵向连续纤维晶组织,与连续定向凝固单晶铜杆相比,Be-Ag-Cu合金具有高的强度、较高的塑性和电导率等特点。静拉伸断口形貌观察表明,定向凝固Be-Ag-Cu合金棒穿晶韧性断裂,其微观断口均呈山峰状,试样的宏观断口呈扁形且存在滑移线。经过大变形冷加工后Be-Ag-Cu合金具有致密的纤维组织结构,电导率略有下降,强度显著增加。
The microstructure,mechanical properties and electric properties of as-cast and cold worked Be-Ag-Cu alloy rod in directional continuous solidification have been investigated.Directional solidification Be-Ag-Cu alloy rod possesses continuous fibrous structure,which exhibits higher strength and plasticity as well as high electric conductivity compared with continuous directional solidification single crystal copper bar.Fracture morphology observation shows that the crack is characterized by transgranular ductile crack,showing peak-like in micro-fracture and oblates with many sliding lines in macro-fracture.The compact fibrous structure in the Be-Ag-Cu alloy rod can be observed,meanwhile the electric conductivity is slightly decreased and strength is greatly improved after severe plastic deformation.
