安徽省阜南县暗娼首次商业性性行为情况

A cross-sectional survey of the first commercial sex behavior among female sex workers in Funan county of Anhui province

目的 了解安徽省阜南县暗娼首次商业性性行为的发生情况。方法 采用统一问卷，调查服务场所暗娼（FSWs）的社会人171学特征，首次商业性性行为的年龄和从事商业性性服务前的高危行为特征、朋友中从事性服务的人数等。结果 共调查了211名暗娼，获得有效问卷200份，从第一次性行为到首次商业性性行为的发生率为49．38／100（95％可信区间为42．54～56．22）人年。在多因素Cox比例风险模型分析中，第一次发生性行为的对象（OR=2．71；95％CI为1．75～4．19）与暗娼首次商业性性行为发生的关系有统计学意义。结论 要提高暗娼人群的性伦理道德观念，开展相应的健康教育和安全套使用行为干预。

Objective To investigate the incidence of the first commercial sex among female sex workers（FSWs） in Funan county, Anhui province. Methods In January of 2006, a community-based survey was conducted with questionnaires in locations providing clandestine sex service to investigate FSWs＇ demographic characteristics, ages experiencing the first commercial sex behavior, high risk behaviors and number of their friends engaging in commercial sex trade. Results A total of 213 FSWs were investigated and 200 copies of effective questionnaires were obtained. The incidence from the first sex intercourse to engaging in the first commercial sex trade was 49.38/100 person per year（ 95 % CI：42.54 56.22） among FSWs. Multivariate Cox proportional hazard regression model indicated that boy friends with whom FSWs had first intercourse （HR, 2.71;95% CI, 1.75- 4.19）were independently associated with initiation into commercial sex. Conclusion It will be essential to raise awareness of sex ethics among FSWs to educate them to take serious attitude to their first sex intercourse and also to provide health education and behavioral interventions.
