中国特色麻醉学研究生开放式教育模式新探索

New exploration of open type education pattern with Chinese characteristic for anesthesiology postgraduates

麻醉学研究生教育是将来麻醉学专业人才培养的主要方向。随着麻醉学研究生教育规模的扩大,学校有限资源与研究生培养规模增长之间的矛盾日显突出。为解决研究生教学资源短缺,又保证研究生教育的质量,徐州医学院建立了麻醉学研究培养基地开放式生培养模式,充分利用了院外联合培养基地丰富的教学资源,为基地医院直接输送了麻醉学高级人才,方便了研究生就业。达到了学院、基地、研究生三赢的目的,是较成功的麻醉学研究生培养新模式。

Anesthesiology postgraduates education will be the key educational direction in the future. The contradiction between the limited educational resource of higher medical schools and the growing social demand of the postgraduates training gradually appears outstanding. To clear up the contradiction effectively, Xuzhou Medical College has explored a new way for postgraduates education, and has built many anesthesiology postgraduate culture bases. This education pattern has fully utilized the educational resource of postgraduate culture bases and has resolved the problem of relatively strained educational resource. The open type education pattern for anesthesiology postgraduates has been proved to be a successful new education pattern.
