摘要
绩效管理是高校人力资源管理体系的基础,高校中层干部绩效管理是人力资源管理中至关重要的部分。高质量的教师队伍对高校固然重要,而高素质的中层管理队伍则从更宏观、更高层面、更深层次影响着高校的生存和发展。文章就高校中层干部绩效管理现状和存在的问题阐述了自己的见解。
Performance management is the base of human resources management system of higher education, and the performance management of the middle-level cadres is a vital part of human resources management. The quality of teachers plays an important role in the development of higher schools, however, high-quality middle management ranks from a broader and higher level, the deeper impact on the survival and development of higher schools. Based on the status and problems of the performance management of the middle-level cadres, some measures are put forward to solve it.
