Discussion on the enhancement of food safety inspection and supervision

人民生活水平的提高,对食品质量要求越来越高。然而近年来重大食品安全事件的频发,引起了人们对食品安全和食品安全监管工作的高度关注。作者分析了当前食品安全监管存在的问题,并提出了加强食品安全监管的措施。

With living standards increasing, people have more and more demands on food quality. However, seties of serious food safety related accidents occurred recendy have to a high extent drawn people＇ s attention on food safety and its supervision and management. By the analysis of existing problems about supervision and rnanagernent of food safety, this article introduces some measures to enhance it.
