摘要
本文主要研究了北海高岭土不同实验条件影响粘度的机理,针对工业生产过程中分散剂用量、pH值以及矿浆浓度等因素对矿浆粘度的影响进行了分析,并针对磁选和洗涤工艺对改善粘浓度进行了探索分析,以期指导工业生产。
The different experimental factors such as the amount of dispersing agent, pH value and mash concentration have effect on the viscosity of kaoline, the viscosity mechanism was investigated, and the magnetic separation process, washery process can improve the mash viscosity, especially the technology is used to instruct industrial process.
