摘要
以钙基蒙脱石为原料,经钠化后与十八烷基三甲基氯化铵进行离子交换反应,合成蒙脱石有机络合物。考察了反应温度、反应时间、改性剂用量、改性体系pH值等因素对有机土性能的影响,并用X-射线衍射对样品的结构变化进行了表征。
Montmorillonite-organic complex has been synthesized by means of the ion exchange reaction using the octadecyl trimethylamine and treated Ca-bentonite with sodium carbonate. The effect on performance of the organobentonite for reaction temperature, reaction time, modifer dosage and pH have been studied, and character of modified organic bentonite was measured with XRD.
