摘要
目的探讨超声检查对小儿肠套叠的诊断价值以及临床意义。方法选择本院住院病例37例,回顾性分析其二维超声及彩色多普勒超声表现,以上病例均经临床证实。结果小儿肠套叠在低频超声、高频超声、彩色多普勒超声以及不同切面下均有较特异的超声表现,其中彩色多普勒超声下动脉血流峰值流速Vs为14.6～34.8cm,RI为0.48～0.88。结论超声诊断小儿肠套叠具有较高的特异性,是目前首选影像学检查方法。
Objective To investigate the diagnosis value and clinical significance of color Doppler ultrasound to children intussusception. Methods Choose 37 patients and review the characteristic of ultrasound and color Doppler flow imaging. All patients were verified in clinic. Results There are specific characteristic of children intussusception in examination of low frequency ultrasound, high frequency ultrasound, color Doppler flow imaging. Under color Doppler some patients got Vs （ 14.6 2.8） cm, RI （0. 48 - 0. 88 ）. Conclusion The examination of ultrasound to children intussusception is the first choice at present.
