多奈哌齐治疗血管性痴呆疗效观察 被引量：4

摘要 目的验证多奈哌齐(Donepezil)治疗血管性痴呆的疗效及安全性。方法对64例血管性痴呆患者进行多奈哌齐和石杉碱甲对照治疗,多奈哌齐组33例(5mg/d),石杉碱甲组31例(平均200ug/d),疗程6周。应用简易精神状态检查量表(MMSE),日常生活能力量表(ADL)评定临床疗效,用不良反应量表(TESS)评定不良反应。结果多奈哌齐组治疗总有效率为68.87%,石杉碱甲为67.96%,两组间差异无显著性(P>0.05)。多奈哌齐组和石杉碱甲组MMSE评分及加分率,ADL评分及减分率的差异均无显著性(P>0.05)。多奈哌齐组的不良反应较石杉碱甲组显著少而轻。结论多奈哌齐能有效治疗血管性痴呆,且安全性高。
