高危良性前列腺增生症的药物治疗

摘要 良性前列腺增生（BPH）合并心、脑、肝、肾、肺等疾病，临床称高危BPH。此类患者手术风险大，多采取药物保守治疗。BPH引起的下尿路症状（LUTS）至少与3种因素有关：前列腺体积增大的静力因素；引起膀胱出口梗阻的平滑肌细胞张力增加的动力因素；逼尿肌病变。目前BPH的治疗均是围绕这几方面展开。
