掺杂稀土的锂离子电池正极材料研究进展 被引量:1

摘要 锂离子电池由于高工作电压、高能量密度、低自放电率、长循环寿命等优点而被广泛应用于很多领域。本文综述了近几年来锂离子电池正极材料(LiCoO2、LiNiO2、LiMn2O4、LiFePO4)掺杂稀土的研究进展;着重叙述了用稀土修饰的LiCoO2和LiMn2O4的掺杂量、烧结工艺对正极材料结构和电化学性能的影响。简单介绍了用稀土修饰的LiNiO2和LiFePO4的结构和电化学性能。 Li-ion secondary batteries have been used widely in the some fields due to their high working voltage, low self-discharge rate, high energy density and long cycle life ,etc. Research progress in four kinds of RE-doped cathode materials (LiCoO2, LiNiO2, LiMn204, LiFePO4) were reviewed in recent years. The effect of RE-doped Li- CoO2 and LiMn2O4's doped amount and sintering process on their structure and electrochemical properties were outlined particularly. The structure and electrochemical properties of RE-doped LiNiO2 and LiFePO4 were presented simply.
