Value Increment Rule is the Basic Economic Rule of Modern Market Economy

本文分析了马克思剩余价值学说的第二重科学启迪,即马克思实际上揭示了价值增值规律是发达商品经济的基本经济规律,本文着重论证了价值增值规律是现代市场经济的基本经济规律,阐述了这个基本经济规律的内涵,探讨了我国社会主义市场经济条件下价值增值规律的作用空间和条件问题,最后分析了遵循市场经济基本经济规律和不断为社会主义基本经济规律作用创造条件的问题。

This paper analyses the further enlightenment of surplus value theory of Marx. namely, Marx discovers that value increment rule is the basic economic rule of developed commercial economics. This paper gives emphasis to that value increment rule is the basic economic rule of modern market economy, expands the connotation of this basic economic rule, makes an approach on the action space and condition of the value increment rule on the condi- tion of socialist economy, and finally analyzes the problems of following the basic economic rule and setting stage for socialist basic economic rule.
