The Government Functions in Developing Circular Economy

在20世纪90年代末,我国引进循环经济理念,发展循环经济很快就在全国达成共识。在政府的推动下,我国的循环经济发展取得了一些成绩,也存在着不少问题。本文阐述了我国循环经济的发展历程,指出了在现阶段政府推动作用不足是我国循环经济发展的主要问题,并针对问题在完善政府职能、强化政府作用方面提出了相关建议。

There is broad consensus in our country in developing Circular Economy since the concept of Circular Economy was brought in during 1990s. We have made great progress with government＇s promoting , but there is many problems in developing Circular Economy . This essay elaborates the course of Circular Economy development firstly, points out that the insufficient government impetus it＇s a main problem in this period, and then gives some suggestions to improve government functions.
