分析了铁路部门计量管理的现状,确定了系统的业务目标、业务过程、用户需求与功能需求;阐述了系统设计思想、开发模式及其实现技术,并对系统的创新点进行了描述。
The authors analyze the current situation of railway measurement management, decide the targets, procedures, clients＂ need and requirement for functions of the management system. The authors also expound the guidelines of system design, development modes and the technologies required to realize them. The Innovations in this system are explained also.
