Practice and Thinking of Establishing Center for Hospital Client Service

政府在公共卫生领域应发挥主导作用,为避免出现政府失灵的现象,需要从几个环节实现政府的良好治理,具体包括政府职能理念的转变、以信息公开为前提的公众参与、发挥人大的监督作用及健全官员问责制等。

This paper introduced one hospital＇ s practice to establish center for hospital client service and primary operative effect based on theory of client relation. The author thought that center for hospital client service played an important role in hospital image, developing demands of client service, improving efficiency of resources utilization and advancing work efficiency of medial workers. The author put forward some ideas and experiences.
