非物质文化遗产与自然遗产、世界文化遗产、传统民族民间文化遗产文化景观遗产既有联系,又有区别。论者主要从非物质文化遗产与其他类型遗产的区别中,提出并分析了非物质文化遗产的独特性、活态性、传承性、变异性、综合性、民族性和地域性等基本特点,以及其他特点。同时,论者还结合中国的国情分析了非物质文化遗产的性质,并建议据此制定相关政策、进行保护非物质文化遗产的实践活动。

From the difference between the intangible cultural heritage and other types of heritages, the author points out and analyses the basic eharacteres of the intangible cultural heritage, for example, distinctiveness, vividness, inheriting nature, variable character, synthesizing character, national character and regional character, and other characters. Meanwhile, the author also analyses the nature of the intangible cultural heritage integrating with the conditions of China, and suggests formulating a policy and protecting the intangible cultural heritage according to this.
