摘要
海口泄洪闸工程位处黄海沿海浪溅区,混凝土结构长期遭受海水侵蚀;在工程建设中采用以高性能混凝土为主要措施的综合防腐蚀技术提高混凝土的耐久性,包括混凝土的保护层设计、高性能混凝土配合比设计与优化、混凝土表面处理和施工组织与控制等措施;所得高性能混凝土的抗渗、抗冻、强度、抗硫酸盐和氯盐腐蚀等耐久性指标均满足要求,取得较好的技术经济效果。
The estuary floodgate project lied to the splashed area by the spray in the yellow sea.Concrete structures are exposed to the corrosion of seawater.The high performance concrete and other synthetical technologies were applied to enhance concrete durability in construction of the project, which included the design of covering layer of concrete, the mix proportion design and optimizing of HPC groups, exterior treatment of concrete, the organization and control of structure, etc.The durability indexes of the made concrete such as impermeability, freeze-thaw cycling resistance, strength, corrosion of sulfate and chloride etc all satisfied equirements.Better technical and economic effects were acquired.
