摘要
为研究焊接裂纹和其他缺口效应造成的应力集中对金属磁记忆信号的不同影响,利用小波分解的方法提取金属磁记忆信号的细节部分,对细节部分做离散Fourier变换后得到其幅值,该幅值是被测材料应力集中程度的一种反映。研究表明,通过反映应力集中水平的金属磁记忆信号特征,可以实现焊接裂纹金属磁记忆检测信号的自动识别及焊接裂纹的检测。
Different effects of MMM signals caused by stress concentration which was induced by welding cracks and other notch effect were researched. The wavelet analysis was employed to decompose the detail sections from MMM signals, and then the spectrum amplitude was obtained through Fourier transformation. The spectrum amplitude reflects the degree of stress concentration. Investigation result shows that the welding cracks' MMM signals can be identified and the welding cracks can be checked through the threshold which implies the degree of stress concentration.
