胃肠道间质瘤19例诊断与治疗体会

Diagnosis and treatment of 19 cases of gastrointestinal stromal tumor

目的探讨胃肠道间质瘤的临床诊断与治疗方法。方法回顾性分析我院2003年1月～2006年12月收治的胃肠道间质瘤19例的临床资料。结果本组术后死亡2例。带瘤生存1例,复发1例。结论手术切除对预后及防止复发有一定的意义。对复发病例再次手术切除配合术后口服格列卫治疗可有效控制和稳定病灶生长。

Objective To explore the diagnosis and treatment of gastrointestinal stromal tumor （GIST）. Methods The clinical data of 19 cases of GIST from Jan. 2003 to Dec. 2006 were analyzed retrospectively. Resuts The clinical manifestations of GIST were complicated in which the common signs were abdominal pain and gastrointestinal bleeding. Nine cases were diagnosed as high malignancy and 6 as low malignancy. Two cases died. Conclusion Surgical resection has some effects on prognosis and recurrent prevention. For the recurrent patients, re-operation in combination with Glivec oral administration can confine the focus growing and control the illness progress efficiently.
