盆腔炎合剂对大鼠慢性盆腔炎模型的影响

Effects of mixture Peng Qiang Yan on chronic pelvic inflammation in experimental rats' model

目的观察口服盆腔炎合剂对实验性大鼠慢性盆腔炎模型的治疗作用。方法采用注射大肠杆菌造成的大鼠慢性盆腔炎模型,观察盆腔炎合剂对模型大鼠有关指标的影响。结果盆腔炎合剂可明显提高模型大鼠血清免疫球蛋白含量和T淋巴细胞转化率;明显改善模型大鼠子宫炎变程度,经Ridit分析,与模型对照组比较,两组差异显著。结论盆腔炎合剂对实验性慢性盆腔炎模型大鼠有较好的治疗作用,同时提高机体免疫功能。

Objective To observe the therapeutic effects of Mixture peng Qiang Yah on Chronic Pelvic Inflammation in Experimental Rats＂ Model. Methods The model rats were set up by intrauterine injection of Escherichia coli to of Mixture Peng Qiang Yan on the model rats. Results It was found that , Mixture Peng Qiang Yan increased the content of serum immunoglobulins and the transformation rate of T - Iymphocytes significantly. The inflammatory reactionof endometrium in rats was effectively inhibited. All experimental data were processed by Ridit analysis. There were significant differences between the model and treatment groups. Conclusion Mixture Peng Qiang Yan possesses obvious therapeutic effects to promote immunologic functio and inhibit metrosynizesis in the experimental chronic pelvic inflammation mode in rats.
