对ICU患者气管切开的临床体会

The clinical experience of the ICU patients received tracheotomy

目的 通过对ICU患者气管切开的分析,探讨ICU患者气管切开的作用.方法 回顾总结2004年12月～2005年12月42例行气管切开术的ICU患者的临床资料.结果 治愈或好转28例,自动出院7例,死亡7例.结论 气管切开术对解除呼吸道梗阻、维持机械通气、纠正低氧血症有较好作用.

Objective To study the role of the ICU patienst received tracheotomy by analyzing. Method From Dec. 2004 to Dec. 2005, the clinical data of 42 cases received tracheotomy were summaried retrospectively. Results 28 cases are cured or improved,7 cases were autodischarged,7 cases were died. Conclusion The tracheotomy Plays the larger role in relieving pediatric airway obstruction ,keeping mechanical rentilation,redressing hypoxemia.
