氡致肺癌的危险度评价模型 被引量:3

摘要 人类氡(^222Rn)暴露的主要途径是呼吸道吸入,其短寿命子体如^218Po和^214Po产生的α射线可损伤肺和支气管上皮细胞,最终导致肺癌。1992年,美国环境保护署(environment protection agency,EPA)发表了居室氡暴露与肺癌危险度评价的文件。文件中使用的评价方法主要根据两个报告,一个是美国电离辐射生物效应委员会(biological effects of ionizing radiation,BEIR)报告,
