采用吹吸式酸雾捕集方式和有效的酸雾净化技术,对南昌大洪人管业公司无缝钢管酸洗车间产生的酸雾进行治理,取得了理想的净化效果。处理前车间内和厂房附近酸雾浓度高560 mg/m3,采用吹吸式捕集经填料塔净化吸收后排放,排放口浓度仅为7.01 mg/m3,达到了国家规定的环境排放标准,处理效率达到98.75%。车间内的工作环境也有了明显的改善,浓度仅为0.09 mg/m3。实际运行显示,该净化工艺效果稳定,工艺组合合理,取得了良好的经济和环境效益,具有广阔的工业应用前景。
