简述了国内外对米糠的稳定化方法研究及其在化妆品工业上的应用前景,旨在为我国丰富的米糠资源的利用提供借鉴和启迪,以利于对其高科技和高附加值产品的开发。
Introduced the rice bran stabilizing methods. The applications of stabilizing rice bran in cosmetic industry has been discussed. The purpose is to promote the application of the high - tech and high -value products from the abundant rice bran.
