摘要
在成功制备孔隙率低于65%、孔结构均匀的球形孔泡沫铝合金基础上,研究了球形孔泡沫铝合金的单轴压缩应力应变曲线、吸能能力和吸能效率,并与多面体形孔泡沫铝合金比较,表明球形孔使力学性能有较大提高。
Based on spherical pores Al foam of low porosity (Pr≤65%) and homogeneous pore prepared, the stress versus strain curves, energy absorption capacity and energy absorption efficiency of spherical pore Al alloy foam under uniaxial compression were investigated. Compared with polygonal pore Al alloy foam, the mechanical properties of spherical pore are relatively higher.
