高血压病患者血清胰岛素样生长因子-1水平的探讨被引量：1

摘要目的:探讨高血压病患者血清胰岛素样生长因子-1(IGF-1)的水平变化以及IGF-1与高血压合并左室肥厚(LVH)的关系。方法:采用酶联免疫吸附法测定45例高血压组和52例健康对照组的IGF-1水平。结果:高血压组中IGF-1水平较对照组明显升高;高血压合并LVH组比无合并LVH组IGF-1水平升高。结论:在高血压病患者中,IGF-1水平明显升高,且高血压合并LVH组IGF-1水平明显高于无合并LVH组,提示IGF-1可能参与了高血压及其并发症LVH的发生、发展。
