摘要 为了研究学研合作伙伴选择和研发业务量的分配问题,建立了一个多目标数学规划模型。该模型的求解策略为:首先,求出学研合作伙伴的重要度系数;然后,借助于关系成本系数的引入,将利润最大化目标转化为约束条件,从而把多目标模型转化为单目标模型,以便求得问题的最优解。另外,通过应用算例说明了模型的有效性和可行性。 In order to study the problem for the selection of partners between university and institute and the allocation of R&D business volume, a multi - objective programming model is formulated. According to the special features of the model, appropriate solution strategy is proposed. Firstly, the importance coefficient is derived by the combination of subjective and objective combination weighting approach and TOPSIS method. Secondly, the goal of maximum profits is transformed into constraint by the introduction of relation cost factor. Then the multi - objective programming model is converted into a single - objective programming model. Lastly, the optimal solutions are derived through a single - objective programming approach, An application example is also given for testing the effectiveness and feasibility of the model.
