如何提高投资成功率是创投企业面临的重大问题,本文从投资组合规模选择、投资地域选择、投资阶段和投资行业的专业化与多元化选择等三个关键方面来论述创投企业取得投资成功所必需注意的问题,并结合经验数据揭示了国际创投在这三方面的特点。
It is important for venture capital firms to improve successful probability of investments. The paper has discussed three factors affecting their investment success： portfolio size, regional focus, specialization and diversification. And the paper has also analyzed the characteristics of venture capitals in USA, Germany, UK, Israel, etc. through large amount of data.
